Yes, tis the season we start talking about Girls Christmas Dresses! Believe it or not, people start calling the store to find out when and what the holiday selection will bring. This year we find that taffeta remains strong, with little use of velvet fabrics. Our favorite thing that we are seeing so far is the fun color pallete that is available. I love red and green Christmas dresses, don’t get me wrong but I am in love with this Tiffany Blue dress that we featured today on the blog. It has a style of its own and I can’t wait to see it on my 7 year old this year with a sweet pair of black patent dress shoes. We also love the idea that purple is in the mix this season. We usually see a lot of navy as an optional color but with the rise of purple as a trend color based on this last spring in formal wear, designers carried it over the holiday season and it is eye pleasing. As far as pricing goes, we did feel a small hike in prices, probably due to the increase in fabric this year, but to help out – we are offering free ground shipping on orders $39.99 or more.
